Furday Genma Bloggin'

It's a new tradition! Well, at least for today ...

I have three dogs, but even I have to admit I sorta favor one of them over the other two - our Scotty/Schnauzer (we guess?) mix Genma. If you've been to a Yappy Hour at New World in say the past two years, you've likely seen this guy as he hops around seeking out the biggest dogs to play with.



That's him at the last event with his pal Grimm. ABC Action News was there, and I'd post the link to their video page if it wasn't b0rked. If it starts working I'll edit this post. Anyway, it ran on the Wed. 5pm news - a whole story on Yappy Hour.

Genma's favorite day is Sunday, and his favorite place to go is New World. Lucky, that, for me anyway.

If your pooch has a Dogster account, you could always go friend the little guy. He likes the attention.

Don't let his smallish cuteness fool you, he is a ruthless slayer of vermin. He's laid the death blow on at least 6 rats, a snake and has gone toe-to-toe with possums, chickens and racoons. He's a proud little guy.

If you've been around here during football season or holidays, you'll also notice Genma likes to help out where he can in keeping spirits up. He's a great cheerleader.




So there we go, we'll see 1) how long I can keep this up and 2) what Mr. Genma can come up with.
